Comfort Measures Class
Prepare for labor with confidence, connection, and practical hands-on support. This interactive class is designed for expecting mothers and their partners to learn effective, natural comfort techniques that can be used throughout labor and birth.
Together, you’ll explore a variety of proven comfort measures for early labor, active labor, and the pushing stage. You’ll learn breathing techniques, labor positioning, partner support skills, birth ball movements, rebozo techniques, and comfort strategies that help reduce tension, encourage optimal baby positioning, and support the body’s natural birth process. Partners will leave feeling empowered with clear, practical tools to actively support their laboring loved one.
This class also features education from trusted local wellness providers who also serve our local birth community with their expertise.
This class is welcoming to all birth preferences and settings, including hospital, birth center, and home birth families. Our goal is to help you feel prepared, informed, and supported as you approach your birth journey.
Light refreshments will be provided, along with time for questions, connection, and hands-on practice.
Come ready to learn, move, and build confidence together.
